It’s time to break out the bubbly and the champagne. As it is now June 30th, we are celebrating our one month anniversary of not revealing the winner of the last Clontest!
Whoo Hoo!
You may remember that we displayed a photo of a magician and then posed the question to you fine readers: Who is this guy?
Well, as soon as we find out ourselves, we’ll let you all know. We found the photo online and just assumed it was a magician. We’ve been tirelessly conducting research ever since. Many of you have expressed the notion that it is Eugene Burger, but there is a mighty discrepancy involved that you may not have noticed: Eugene Burger HAS A BEARD! So we’re pretty sure it’s not him. Or Daniel Garcia.
We hope to get to the bottom of this shortly. In the meantime, have some cake.

It is unquestionably Eugene Burger. He is wearing Eugene Burger’s ring, has his book and red cloth on the table (for proof see here: http://www.magictimes.com/archives/2002/2002-10_21-27.htm and scroll down about half way). Also, Eugene has shaved his beard off a couple of times according to a post on the M*gicc*fe and immediately grown it back.

You know what… I think you’re right! That book prop looks identical. Well I never - I can see why the little fella sports a beard - he looks like a hobbit without it!

I love the fact you didn’t know who it was and posted the contest anyway. You should have just gone on google images and typed in ‘man’ or something.
